Smart-E transport service launched

• A unique eco-friendly last mile connectivity transport service with integrated security features and women drivers was launched.
• The service known as Smart-E will provide a safe, sustainable and professionally managed last mile connectivity service, especially to and from metro stations and other high-footfall areas.
• The first batch of 30 all-women-piloted electric three-wheeled vehicles has been launched and flagged off at Madipur station on Delhi Metro s Green Line and will serve Madipur, Paschim Vihar (East) and Paschim Vihar (West) stations and their neighbouring areas.
• The vehicles have integrated CCTV cameras and other safety features such as GPS tracking and SOS services.
