State education minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday announced that the Board of Secondary Education, Assam will conduct examination under the Chief Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme from next year.
The scheme was launched in 2012-13 for Class V and VIII students in the state. He said that funds under the scheme would be transferred to successful students through RTGS from 2018.
