State Credit Co-Funding Rural Housing Scheme: Uttarakhand

Usually the housing development schemes are launched for the BPL families. In this scenario many homeless lower middle class families are not covered up. This scheme is for the welfare of Homeless Families which are above below poverty line. The annual income of such families should not be more than 32,000 Rs. Per Annum and shall not be lying Below Poverty Line. This scheme is for the rural development of state. So the area of implementation is preferred to be at least 20 km away from the big cities of state and should be 5 KM away from small towns. Department of Rural Development of State will provide financial assistance to such families. In this scheme, for construction of Home Commercial/Co-Operative Bank will give loan of Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 10,000 will be given as grant by the state government.
