National Family Beneficial Scheme

National Family Beneficial Scheme is initiative of Central Govt. and Uttar Pradesh Govt. under which financial assistance is provided to poor and backward class families living below poverty line for economic support.

Eligibility:

• Family members, who were dependent on their breadwinner before his/her death.
• Family should not be earning more than Rs. 25546 in urban area and Rs. 19884 in village area i.e. should be living below poverty line.

Benefits:

Beneficiary family will be given financial assistance of Rs. 20,000 in one installment, after the death of their breadwinner. Central Govt. and Uttar Pradesh will sponsor the assistance amount equally i.e. 50:50
