Gujarat: Assistance For Common Boiler Project Of SPV Constituted By 10 MSMEs

Steam boilers are used where steam and hot steam is needed. Hence, steam boilers are used as generators to produce electricity in the energy business. For technological advancement at low cost, Industries Commissionerate, Gujarat Govt. has come with the scheme for providing assistance to Common Boiler Project set up by SPV of 10 MSMEs.

Operative Period:

The scheme will come into force from 1^st January 2015 and will remain in operation for 5 years i.e. up to 31^st December 2019.

Applicable Units:

SPV of minimum 10 MSMEs registered under various Society Acts or Company Acts or GIDC/Board/PSU/Corporation/Municipality/Urban Development Authority etc.

Benefits:

Eligible SPV unit will be provided financial assistance in terms of somewhat percentage of the project cost. Amount of financial assistance will be decided by the committee in IC office.

How to Apply: 

The beneficiary will have to apply at IC office, Gandhinagar and submit the copy to concern District Industries Officer.
