FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MINORITIES

For the upliftment of minority communities viz. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and Parsisboth socially and economically, The AP State Minorities Finance Corporation Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in the year 1985. The state government of Andhra Pradesh and National Minority Development and Finance Corporation provide funds to APSMFC to carry on the activities.

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. a) All Minority applicants who want to avail financial assistance shall apply through the online beneficiary monitoring system.
  2. b) After registration of application through (OBMMS) the application should obtain Hard copy.
  3. c) The Hard copy of application should be submitted to the MPDO/ Municipal Commissioner (Municipality) /Zonal Commissioner (in case of Municipal Corporation) along with the following Enclosures.
  4. Income Certificate issued by Tahasildar.
  5. Photo stat copy of Ration Card.

III. Photo stat copy of Adhar Card.

  1. One Pass port size photo.
  2. In case of widows produce death certificate of spouse, Divorcees: divorce certificate; destitute & orphans: notarised affidavit; physically challenged: disability Certificate issued by competent authority and victims of atrocities:certificate from the Tahasildar.

 

SELECTION:

  1. The total targeted beneficiaries for the districts shall be sub divided among Mandals/ municipalities in proportion to the Minorities population of the respective Mandals/ Municipalities of the districts.
  2. The selection of beneficiaries shall be done at the Mandal/ Municipality level by a screening-cum-selection committee.
  3. The composition of the screening-cum-selection committee shall be as follows:
    1. Nodal Officer from the Welfare Finance Corporations nominated by the District Collector.
    2. Managers of all participating Banks in the Scheme of the Mandal.
    3. Representative from DRDA/DOW
    4. MPDO/Municipal Commissioner (Municipality) /Zonal Commissioner (in case of Municipal Corporation) –Convener.
    5. On receipt of lists from all Mandals, the E.D, APSM FC. Will place before District level committee for approval

TATKAL Under this scheme the development of women particularly widows, divorcees, destitute, orphans, physically challenged and victims of any atrocities will be supported to earn their livelihood.

Loan up to ₹. 20,000/- will be given to an individual.

 

a) Minority women with age in between 21-55 years

b) Annual Income of the Parent/ applicant should not exceed Rs. 2,00,000/- in Urban areas and Rs. 1,50,000/- in Rural areas.

c) preference shall be given to:

I. Candidates who were trained under any skill improvement Program of the government or welfare corporations either in the current year or earlier.

II. Beneficiaries who are availing the economic support schemes for the first time.

d) Only one economic support scheme shall be granted per family (as defined in the ration card.)

e) Beneficiaries availed financial support under any economic support scheme 3 years prior to the year 2014-15 will not be eligible under this scheme

SMALL DIRECT LOAN To help poor Minorities who is in need of petty loans, Corporation proposed this scheme. The object of this scheme is to overcome the hurdles in the ongoing schemes by focused attention on target group in need of small loans

Assistance up to Rs.20,000/- will be extended to an individual

a. Beneficiary should belongs to Minority Community in the age group between 21-55

years.

b. The Annual income of the parent / Applicant should not exceed ₹.2,00,000/- in Urban areas and ₹ 1,50,000/- in Rural Areas.

c. A minimum of 33 1/3% women coverage be ensured of the total target for the District and Mandal level

ADARANA SCHEME “ADARANA” essentially focus on providing loan with bank linkage for procurement of hand tools, hand held powered tools and small equipment. 1. Beneficiary should belong to Minority Community in the age group between 21-55 years.

2. The beneficiary should be a working Minority Artisan.

3. The Annual income of the parent / Applicant should not exceed ₹.2, 00, 000/- in Urban areas and ₹. 1,50,000/- in Rural Areas.

4. A minimum of 33 1/3% women coverage be ensured of the total target for the District and Mandal level.

BANKABLE SCHEME The Andhra Pradesh State Minorities Finance Corporation Ltd., implementing Subsidy for Bankable Scheme to assist the beneficiaries by linked to the credit component of Banks.

 

1. Beneficiaries should belong to a Minority community.

2. Age of the beneficiaries in between 21-55 years

3. Annual Income of the Parent/ applicant should not exceed Rs. 2,00,000/- in Urban

areas and Rs. 1,50,000/- in Rural areas.

4. Preference shall be given to women beneficiaries so as to cover a minimum of 331/3 % of the total target for the District and mandal level

DUKAN-MAKAN Dukan-Makan Scheme is intended

to provide Pucca House with work place along with working capital for running own business

 

a) Age of the beneficiaries in between 21-55 years

b) Annual Income of the Parent/ applicant should not e

xceed Rs. 2,00,000/- in Urban areas and Rs. 1,50,000/- in Rural areas.

c) Should have clear title deed of the land where building is proposed.

d) He should be already in some Economic activity did not avail benefit under any other housing programme on his/her name
