All India Service Examinations: Free Coaching Centres

Free Coaching Centres for All India Service Examinations

On 7th May, 2012 the Government of Tamil Nadu had launched a scheme  to provide free coaching centres for All India Service Examinations in the state. It aims to provide educational assistance for the aspirants belonging to ST and SC categories.

Objectives:

  • To provide free coaching centres for All India Service Examinations like I.A.S, I.P.S, I.R.S, etc

Eligibility:

  • He/she should belong to SC/ST category
  • The aspirant’s parental income should be below Rs. 1 lakh per annum
  • Whose parental income exceeds Rs. 1 lakh per annum should pay a sum of Rs. 1200/- per month as mess charge
